I am deeply shocked by my experience with this company.
The manager misjudged the volume of my belongings, and there was more space in the truck.
The movers simply abandoned me with the excess items in front of my building's entrance, leaving the rest of my belongings inside the apartment. They then drove to the destination, leaving me there with my things (see photo).
Their manager offered no solution and even asked if, aside from this inconvenience, I was satisfied.
I practically had to beg my neighbor to store the extra items while I waited and then rushed to meet them in my car, feeling extremely stressed and tense.
Once there, they had the nerve to ask for an extra charge because there were about ten meters more between my exterior and interior doors.
In the end, it cost me a fortune; don't be fooled by the quote. This company is extremely unreliable.
The only positive point is the work of the movers themselves, who are punctual, quite meticulous, and communicate well.
As for the rest, it's a disaster; it borders on dishonesty.Lire la suite

I was impressed by the very positive reviews of these movers, so I placed my trust in them completely.
Unfortunately, while the moving teams did a good job, the management is below par:
– it's almost impossible to get a response to an email or reach them by phone once you've signed the quote.
– although I confirmed the on-site appointment time with a manager by phone the day before, the teams arrived three hours late, without even bothering to notify me. Ten days later, I received no call, not even an apology.
– I was told that my furniture would be stored in the company's apartment storage facility in Saint-Gratien. However, the furniture was stored in an off-site storage facility in Argenteuil. Furthermore, Father and Son Moving left the storage facility, which was purchased in my name, in a terrible state! They even managed to forget to cancel the storage unit; now, of course, they can't be reached to take responsibility for their mistake.
In short, despite hardworking and friendly field teams, management isn't serious, has poor communication skills, and doesn't take responsibility for its mistakes.

A highly professional moving company that I recommend. The father and son team worked diligently to ensure a smooth and high-quality move. They delivered the boxes and handled the furniture with care! I warmly thank the entire team for their work, friendliness, and kindness. I highly recommend this company.
