Avis
We chose this company for our move to Morocco, and we bitterly regret our decision. First, they demanded full payment before delivery, leaving us with no recourse once problems arose.
Upon arrival, our belongings were in a deplorable state: several boxes were dirty, some had been opened, and personal items were missing. Most frustratingly, the contact person, Nordine, didn't seem to take any responsibility whatsoever. Communication, which was fairly good initially, completely changed once they took our belongings. When faced with the problems, Nordine's tone changed, and he became dismissive, believing he didn't have to justify the missing items.
And to top it all off, he ended up blocking our phone number, preventing any contact to resolve the situation.
We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone. A disastrous experience from beginning to end.
Moving between Morocco and France in July 2024. What can I say? Upon loading, an additional 1,800 dirhams must be paid to those present, thus failing to comply with the clauses stated in the quote. Of course, if you don't give the money, you must find an alternative solution. When they arrive at 7 p.m. instead of 2 p.m., and they push the customer against the wall because loading is normally the responsibility of Ptrans, you can only pay! The delivery conditions stated when signing the contract were not respected: no rags at the end and no change placed on pallets to facilitate handling. A more than shameful and unprofessional loading where the furniture is piled on top of lighter boxes. Almost all of our furniture is either damaged or completely destroyed; Washing machine not delivered and still on vacation in Casablanca, not to mention missing boxes! Despite having taken out insurance, the carrier tells the customer that, unfortunately, they had to give the furniture and broken belongings to the driver upon delivery. A joke? Not at all... My children would probably have had to live without furniture and belongings since, in the end, the driver could have taken everything back. Not to mention that you discover the breakages and damages present in the boxes when you open them, but it's impossible to do so upon delivery because if the driver arrives late for the next delivery, you pay penalties! In short, either this company's insurance is as deplorable as it is, or you're paying for a service you didn't subscribe to.
In short, look for another, more professional carrier.Lire la suite
I would like to thank the entire team, especially Mr. Nourredine and Mr. Said.
